1. I can't see the games in my screen
All our games are Java applications, so they
require a Java-enabled browser. The most important browsers in the
market today support Java, but this feature can be disabled
at will, so, if you cannot see the games, most probably it is because
the Java option of your browser is disabled. Enabling Java is easy, but
depends on the browser you use. For example, in MS Internet Explorer 6.x
proceed as follows:your browser, Click on "Tools" in the
main menu (top line) , then click on "Internet Options", then in the "Advanced
Options" tag in the small pop-up widow, and then scroll down the page
until you find "Java (Sun)". UNCHECK the Java (Sun) checkbox and CHECK
the three checkboxes under "Microsoft VM", which you will see just below
Java(Sun). Then click on the "Accept" button.
2. My screen doesn't show any chips to bet with
All our games are Java applets and they run under what is called a
Virtual Machine (VM), which is part of all major browsers in the market today. In table
games, the chips and other parts are images and the Sun Microsystems Java included in
some browsers, as MS Internet Explorer 6.0, interferes with the VM image loading process.
In this case, the games should perform well under the following settings:
For changing these settings in Internet Explorer 6.0 do
the following:your browser, Click on "Tools" in the main menu (top
line), then click on "Internet Options", then in the "Advanced Options"
tag in the small pop-up widow, and then scroll down the page until you
find "Java (Sun)". UNCHECK the Java (Sun) checkbox and CHECK the three
checkboxes under "Microsoft VM", which you will see just below Java(Sun).
Then click on the "Accept" button.
This should work, but if you still don't see the chips with these
settings, then the solution should be to use a different browser, for
example Firefox, Opera or Netscape. We strongly recommend to download and install Firefox. It is an
excellent browser very similar to Internet Explorer 6.0, but with a much
smaller file size and better features. You can download it for free at
http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox
3. The game control buttons are not visible in my screen
Some games, as Roulette or Three Card Poker require the complete screen to play
properly. If you have several tool bars showing, they may use screen space needed for the game.
The solution is to set your browser to "Full Screen" pressing the F11
key., Pressing F11 again restores the normal browser settings.
4. Why I can't play the games in my WebTV set?
Our games require a Java-enabled browser to
play. Unfortunately, WebTV doesn't support Java, so you cannot play or
even see any of our games on a WebTV set.
5. Can I withdraw winnings by a different
payment method than that used for deposit?
No. You should retrieve your winnings by the
same payment method used to fund your account. However, exceptions can
be made if justified and requested by email at Contact Us.
6. Why my winnings are still not showing in my bank statement?
Withdrawal requests by transfer to bank
accounts are honored the same day, but the money transfer is sent using
the ACH system, and this implies that the real transfer of money is
executed by our bank at the end of the day in business days. However,
the ACH rules authorize receptor banks to delay up to three days the
posting of funds received. It is up to your bank to post them at the
following day or in three days. If there is a weekend or holyday
included in this period, the delay is extended accordingly, but should
never be greater that three business days.
7. Why I still didn't receive my check sent by mail?
Checks are sent by mail at the following day
of the cash-out, however, to avoid inefficiencies of the official mail
service at our location, we use a private courier to take our correspondence to your
country and then it is dropped there in the local mail. Depending on
circumstances out of our control, the total delay in the mail can be
from 5 to 23 days.
