Out Rules
The following cash-out rules
form an agreement between 4 Jacks Casino and its members
(Player). Please read them carefully before starting
play. By opening an account, registering and wagering on
the Casino games you indicate your full acceptance and
understanding of the rules.
I.
Cash-Out Availability
Account funds are always
available to Player. Player may request a cash-out of his
or her account at any time for any amount higher than USD
$5.00 up to the total balance of his or her account.
Cash-out requests for less than $5.00 will not be
honored.
II.
How to Request a Cash-Out
To request a cash-out, select
the "Cashier" button at the 4
Jacks home page, then select "Withdraw Funds"
and follow the directions therein.
III.
When Payment is Done
All cash-out
requests are processed and paid during the following
working day. Requests received on Saturday will be
processed the following Monday.
IV.
Currency
All payments will
be made in Dollars of the United States of America.
V.
Modes of Payment
The modes of payment currently
available are listed below. Other modes could be arranged
if requested by Player by e-mail.
V.a
-Company Check.
The check is sent to the
address provided by Player when opening his or her
account. To prevent card fraud, no address changes
are allowed at cash-out. Checks are sent by
International Priority certified mail free of charge.
International courier service can be used for a fee
of $20. We use Federal Express or DHL, which deliver
usually in one day.
V.b-
Bank Wire Transfer.
Funds are available to
player in his/her bank account usually in two days.
This mode is free of charge for amounts of $1000 or
greater. If Player wants to be paid an amount smaller
than $1000 by wire transfer, a fee of $20 will be
charged to pay for transfer issuing expenses. To use
this mode Player should provide his or her bank name,
account number, bank address and bank ABA or SWIFT
numbers.
V.c- Western Union Transfer
This is the fastest mode of
payment. Funds are usually available to Player in
cash at the following day of the cash-out request, at
the nearest Western Union office. A fee must be paid
to Western Union, which depends on the transferred
amount, approximately as follows:
