General Rules

The following general rules and regulations form an agreement between 4 Jacks Casino and its members (Player). Please read them carefully before starting play. By opening an account, registering and wagering on the Casino games you indicate your full acceptance and understanding of the rules.

I. Eligibility

4 Jacks Casino games are open to any person who is at least 18 years old and reside in a country where gambling is not prohibited by law. Laws regarding gambling vary throughout the world and in some countries wagering trough INTERNET is illegal. 4 Jacks Casino games ARE NOT OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF ANY COUNTRY OR STATE WHERE INTERNET GAMBLING IS PROHIBITED. It is the sole responsibility of Player to ensure that he or she fully complies with any laws or regulations relevant to INTERNET betting in his or her country or state of residence. Employees of 4 Jacks Casino and their relatives are not eligible to participate in the games.

II. Modes of Play

4 Jacks Casino allows two modes of play: Play for Free and Play for Real Money.

The Play for Free mode allows you to practice your gaming skills with no money staked. To initiate this mode, simply go back to our homepage and click on the "Play for Free" button, then select the game of your preference. No registration will be necessary after the initial software test period.

The Play for Real Money mode has all the excitement and all the consequences of wagering as in any real Casino. You can win or lose money. To use this mode you need to open an account and provide funds enough for your betting. To enter this mode, select the "Play for Real Money" button in the home page and follow the directions therein. This mode is not yet active in the initial software test period, but will be announced soon.

III. How to Play

The Games are played at the Player's computer while connected to 4 Jacks Casino on the "World Wide Web" at URL: http://www.4jacks.com (or http://4jacks.com), by using the Netscape Navigator 3.0 (or higher version) browser from Netscape Communications, Inc, or the Internet Explorer 3.0 (or higher version) browser from Microsoft, Inc. Other browsers may also be used provided they support Java applets. Play is allowed with chips of different face value denominated in U. S. Dollars. The amount of chips usually change during the game, but their total value is always the same as the balance amount in the Player's Casino account. Information on odds and on how to play each game can be found clicking on the "Help" button of that game.

IV. Privacy

Personal identity and details of all Players will remain confidential. 4 Jacks Casino will not report wagering information on any Player.

V. Account Use

Player shall not allow any other person or third party access to this website via Player's Account Name, Password or Account. Player is solely responsible for his or her account transactions. Should a Player give away, share or lose his or her account number and/or password, 4 Jacks Casino will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account.

Player should use his or her account at least once every six months. 4 Jacks Casino is not obliged to keep unused accounts available for a time longer than this. Consequently, any account not used for six months will be closed and it is understood that the holder forfeits the balance amount to the Casino.

VI. Prizes

Winnings and prizes will be paid in chips denominated in U.S. Dollars and immediately accumulated in the account of the winner, exempt of any charge or tax. Player is solely responsible for making any required reports of winnings to his or her local jurisdiction for the purpose of taxation.

VII. Chips are automatically stored

At the end of every gaming session all chips will be automatically stored for the next time Player accesses his or her account. A gaming session is considered over when Player exits the casino or when voluntarily or involuntarily disconnects from this website.

Dollars of the United States of America is the only currency accepted for funding. Credit cards are the preferred means of payment. Cards accepted include VISA, Master Charge, American Express, Discovery and Diners. Funds provided by credit card are usually available to player in less than one minute, and can be used in gambling without delay. Funds can also be sent by wire transfer, Western Union or cashier's check, but in this case funds will not be available to Player until received by 4 Jacks Casino (several days).

Personal checks are also accepted, but will have a delay of about 20 working days for processing. If a personal check fails to clear, a processing fee of $15 will be charged to the account of Player.

X. Integrity of software

The software for the games should be used only in the form supplied by 4 Jacks Casino in this website. Games are automatically void if the software is counterfeited, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way or electronically reproduced, or obtained outside authorized legitimate channels.

XI. Electronic Interference

Any person attempting to interfere with the smooth running of any part of 4 Jacks Casino operation by any means ("hacking"), will be prosecuted to the full extent of international law, regardless of the scale or frequency of such attack.

XII. Games are for entertainment only

Player's interest in the Game is personal and not professional. Player enters this website solely for his/her own personal enjoyment and Player understands that any other use is strictly prohibited.

XIII. Monitoring

Management will monitor all wagers and account transactions.

XIV. When a bet is final

All wagers are final once made by Player and accepted by 4 Jacks Casino server.

XV. Right to refuse admission

4 Jacks Casino reserves the right to refuse admission to the games. Also the Casino reserves the right to close any game to any Player upon the completion of the actual game hand in progress. Also the Casino reserves the right to cancel Player's account for any reason, with or without cause, paying to the Player the balance of his or her account at the time of such cancellation.

XVI. No purchase necessary

There is absolutely no purchase necessary to play the games.

 XVII. Player has no objection

Player does not find the games nor any of the materials contained in this website to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, nor indecent.

XVIII. Limitation of Liability

4 Jacks Casino is not liable for hardware and/or software malfunctions, bugs in any form, nor attempts by Player to participate in the games by methods or ways not intended by the casino.

XIX. Settlement Of Disputes

All bets and game progressions are recorded by 4 Jacks Casino. In the case of any disagreement, Player agrees that this computer record shall serve as the final determination in the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. All claims must be registered within two days of the date in question. No claims will be honored if registered by Player after this time period. All disputes shall be settled under the laws of the Dominican Republic.

The software contained in this website is a property of the Grixon Corp. and is protected by international laws of copyright.

XXI. Trademark

4 Jacks Casino is a trade name of the Grixon Corp.

XXII. Rules subject to change

All rules and regulations contained herein are subject to change and revision by the management without prior written notice.

XXIII. Player agrees and become a party to the rules

By opening an account at this website and use of such an account and by participating in the games, Player warrants and certifies that he or she fully understands, agrees to, becomes a party to and shall abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein.
